   Gorgeous transformation! I really like how the fireplace looks now. Did you make it wider or is that the angle of the picture? Love the dark wood floors and the exterior paint job does wonders!

   is that a gambrel roof converted to a gable?

   We spent about $46K in total on the rehab, with about 25% of that being foundation repairs.

   Hi Tyler,

   We painted and cleaned out the garage…nothing else. It was fully functional and didn’t have any major issues.
