Easy to see the potential, especially at the price you got it for. What’s the ARV?

We’ll likely list this one high ($140-150K) as an experiment to see what kind of traffic we can get. The last couple we sold in this area went quickly, so we’re wondering if we’ve been underpricing.
That said, conservatively I would expect a sale price around $125-130K.

I love your nicknames for the houses! So..I’m looking at the sunglass house and wondering “why that name?”. WOOheee…didn’t take long to find out! Must’ve picked up all of those colors from the “oops” pile at the paint store!
