I know alot of REO properties around my city. I mention it to some investers but they act like there are not intrested on this properties and there not that bad of conditions what can i do to improve my ways
I’m learning what people are flipping are truly cosmetic issue houses. This house looks so easy! Get rid of old landscape, pressure wash concrete, check roof, replace gutter on back or rehang, paint, carpet, flooring, remove wallpaper and half wall in kit, replace appliances, countertop, reface cabinets, hardware, doors…
