Teamwork make the dream work, baby! I’m so proud to have you as my husband and business partner. xoxo
Oh – looks good. The staging is awesome. Good work.
You two make an awesome team, keep it going!
Wow! Looks great. I really like the black windows. Very unique touch. The cabinets all the way to the ceiling look great too. I guess your ceilings are REALLY level.
Looks awesome! Looking at the before pics with the dark sky and all, that house looked like it needed an exorcism (was that in the budget?).
Wow! Y’all did a great job.
Wow, amazing results… this could easily have been a TV show… you need to start doing before/after videos.
This is by far your best house to date. Great job both of you!!!

Don’t tell him that! The next thing you know he’ll have a TV show and this site will get all commercial.
On second thought, It sure would be nice if they replaced that goofy Atlanta team on Flip This House.
Chop, chop people..
Thanks for the kind words everyone! I agree this house turned out great, and as always, my wife did an amazing staging job…
And Mark – We’ve already talked to “Flip This House” and unfortunately they’re not filming the show anymore… 🙁
From the pictures, that house a great southern home feel to it. I think you’ll really click with buyers. Jason, I expect nothing from the best from you and your wife, and I am still surprised at the quality each time. Well done.
Jason
J,
You and your wife are definitely refining your craft. I continually see improvements on each flip. Keep it up and wish you all continue success. PS. Re. Flip this house inquiry: Stay away from A&E, Go to Flip that House or The Property Ladder, they are more credible!
Mark
Very impressive Job. Did you leave an accounting of the overall cost of that work? Would be very interesting to me. FWIW, you could do one webpage with the pictures side-by side and it would be truly stunning.
Congratulation to you both. This is the kind of inspiration I need from time to time.
Hey Tom –
I always post a full and detailed financial analysis of every property right after we sell it (see the “Final Analysis” posts). So, stay tuned, and once we sell this one, I’ll provide all the details.
For a very rough estimate, the rehab on this one was about $65K…
Love the kitchen floor. Is that a vinyl flooring? Just wondering how it was applied.
amazing! you are truly artists 🙂
