J,
Your houses look awesome. Where do you buy your appliances?
Hi Kerry,
For the low-end appliances (like in this house), we buy everything from Home Depot (they are GE appliances that we order through HD). For a full set of low-end stainless (including fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer), we generally pay between $2000-2200.
I notice you use mainly stainless steel light fixtures and faucets and hardwares. Is there a reason for this? My husband and I are working on an REO. I was going to put oil rubbed bronze door knobs, light fixtures and bath vanity faucets. I am using stainless steel appliances, cabinet handles, sink and kitchen faucet. I looked for the stainless steel appliances on HD Supply but couldn’t find anything that price.
I forgot to ask what color of white paint are you using on your trim?
Hi Kathy,
We tend to use brushed nickel finishes (not stainless steel). Nothing wrong with oil rubbed bronze…we’re actually considering moving in that direction ourselves on our next few flips!
Hi Kathy,
Are you talking about interior trim? If so, it’s a semi-gloss white (standard trim paint).
WOW. What a great transformation on this one. The quality is fantastic!!
It seemed like a straight forward, simple flip this time but done with very high quality.
Nice work
