it looks great what kind if siding ? hadiplack? i love the color it pops. do you come in under budget? i see the house is in sw atlanta what do you look for in the area that would make it too bad to sell. i use your trulia site and i found alot of houses in sw that were just build in 03-07 all empthy but when you look around you see many problems empthy houses, bad streets its sad but it always go to location if i had the money would i buy there if i had the choice. but alot of people want to live in the sw so find the good streets. i never forget what you wrote about looking for houses in areas where you never think to look – look for the good streets – think jonesboro – smile – keep up the good work
