   What’s going on with this property?

   Is the renovation done yet?

   I’ve have an update on this one tomorrow, along with pictures.

   Quick answer is that it’s 98% done (just finishing up staging, some trim work and some paint touch-up), and listing it on the MLS this week.

   We can’t close on it until July 20 (at least not with an FHA buyer), so we’ve been in no rush to get it on the market. But, we’re now about 6-7 weeks away, so it’s time to start marketing it.
