This house is in pretty good shape, but I think the pictures hide some of the details — for example, the carpet is in pretty rough shape and the cabinets could use some paint touch-up. But, with less than $2-3K in rehab, this property would make a great rental. Hopefully we’ll find some other landlords who agree…
