   Hey J Scott,

   If you can somehow get me the name of the lien holder I might be able to held you….

   Based on some info I’ve gotten the former owner of the property owned a bookkeeping business called DLC Associates. That may be a clue of some kind…

   Also I learned that the former owner was some sort of car hobbyist…that may also be a clue
