House looks great. I was wondering, what is the name of the paint color you use on your walls? I have seen that same paint color on a number of your homes and it looks really nice. I am getting ready to close on my first flip and think that color would look really good. Thanks
We actually sold all of it when we moved from Georgia to Maryland, but when we had a bunch of stuff, we’d generally try to move it from one house that we were staging to another. Most of our houses had garages, so even if we had to move it a couple weeks before we were ready to stage, we’d just clean out the garage, move the stuff into the garage, and cover it with sheets (to keep it clean).
Looks awesome.
Looks great! Are those real hardwoods or engineered? And how much are you paying?
Hi Jessica,
Those are real hardwoods (solid oak #1, site finished). We pay $4.80 per square foot for labor and materials.
Wow thats a good price. Here in NC, we are looking at 3$ materials +3$ labor (install and refinish).
Awesome Job!!!
