After just 5 days on the market, we received our first offer and now have The WI-2 House under contract…
The offer was over asking price, very clean with few concessions. We had several other interested buyers as well, so had this offer not come through, it’s likely we would have found a couple others.
The buyers had their inspection last week, and all went well. There were a few minor issues, all of which we’ll fix. Also, we’re planning to paint the exterior for the new buyers and do some basic landscaping (they met with our landscaper today to tell him what they wanted). The next step is the appraisal, and assuming that goes well, we should be closing on this one in a few weeks.
Congrats again
No packers for staging this time
I like the pink bedroom touch , fyi
Congrats! You gotta love turning away interested buyers when you have more houses coming on the market soon!
Hey J,
I’ve been a long time follower of this blog and have always been able to go here for new insights and ideas. I’ve learned so much from following you and have recently purchased the “Flipping and Estimating” e-book.
i wanted to invite you to check out my new blog http://www.ReadySetInvest.com based on my business http://www.LipumanoInvestments.com here in San Diego.
I’m going to do my best to share everything in hopes other new investors will learn from my successes or failures.
Any feedback, comments or words of encouragement is appreciated. Thanks!
Good morning J,
I just wanted to let you know how much your site has assisted me in my house flipping ventures in Milwaukee, WI. We have been flipping for a few years, but this last project I managed and your site gave me alot of great tools and information. We have completed rehab on my first property in Milwaukee and we’re puting it up for sale next week. Really excited at how it has all come together and can’t wait to start our second project. Thanks Again!
Congrats Josh!
