With a couple exceptions, we have finally finished The Escher House rehab, including the staging and listing it on the MLS…
We did a full cosmetic rehab, plus some structural repairs and major landscaping in about 30 days, which is pretty amazing given the bad weather we had for the first half of the project, and the bad luck we had for the second half of the project. We still have a few issues remaining, including a leak in the main water line, shower plumbing that may need to be replaced, and a few punch list items that buyers probably wouldn’t even notice.
Those things aside, the house looks amazing. The staging really brings out the features of the house, and the house has some huge rooms, so that makes the final product look even nicer.

Can you throw out a prediction for profit on this one? Do you also have a $ amount in your head you would like to make?

The profit on this one will be in the $20-30K range. If we were to get full price, we could potentially make closer to $35K, but I don’t see that happening…
