As promised, here are some BEFORE pictures of the two houses we put under contract in the past two weeks…
The Pine House (see BEFORE pics) is in need of a full renovation, including some major mold remediation and a full cosmetic rehab on both the interior and exterior.
The Neighbor House (see BEFORE pics) will just get a minor face-lift, with new paint, flooring, cabinets and some cleanup in the basement and garage.
I’ll have more to say about the budgets, schedules and details of the rehabs on both of these in the coming week…in the meantime, have a great Christmas holiday!
