Contractor or Employee?

One of the most important aspects of protecting your flipping business against lawsuits and IRS audits is to properly classify your workers as either Employees or as Independent Contractors.

    Great info J.

    We have will be putting your ideas into play as we have a repairman that we would like to keep as an independent contractor. We will be signing an agreement with him and allowing him to work when ever he wants (he will not be punching a clock for us) and use his own tools, working his own hours.
